Been living in Pittsburgh for almost a year and after a few failed attempts of coming here on a Sunday and also coming way to close to closing time, we finally made it!!! And the line was long! But we finally got our carne and bondiola sandwiches, and they were absolutely delicious!!! I asked the girl who took me order what she would recommend for my carne sandwich, and she said the sirloin, which was a little tough. I will get the ribeye next time. My husband had the bondiola and he loved it more than the carne. My only wish was that they didnt serve it on ciabatta bread. We also got the gaucho papas and maiz, which was fine, we'll just be sticking to the meats and sandwiches in the future though, because they are incredibly filling... and I would much prefer not making room for anything else other than my carne sandwich. And the sauces!!!! My favorite is the garlic.
