  • If I could give them a zero I would. I have been using them for a few years and The last two times they have no showed my appt with no call or anything! I took off work just to wait for them today again and they no showed again! The BS excuse they gave was that all their technicians are in Ga due to flooding. Are you kidding me?? This operation is a complete joke. Do Not let the cheap price and warranty gimmick fool you. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to say they could not make it. It is not only rude but completely unprofessional. I highly recommend that no one use this company!!!!!
