  • The staff (mainly Dustin) will say anything to get you to rent with them. I asked him if they have ever had any scorpions on the lot and if it was an issue. He said no. SCORPIONS ARE EVERYWHERE. I have had at least 10 in the past 5 months of living here, they are surrounding the pools, and I always have to be careful where I walk. They keep the scorpion infestation quiet and are not doing much to fix it. They have a good first impression but once they get you to sign, they don't give a shit about you anymore. We have had a lot of stuff go wrong in our apartment and it has taken weeks to get fixed. It is a "gated community" however the gate is open 24/7 and anyone can walk in. I cannot even count how many gunshots I have heard. We signed a 13 month lease and we are barely half way through and already have had this many problems.
