Ok - normally I love Nordstrom stores. Great service, great product lines, at a price that can make you feel semi-good about shopping here (compared to Bloomingdale's or Neimann Marcus).
Then what the hell happened?
All I saw were a bunch of sales racks and customer service agents who didn't seem to care. Only one approached my wife when she was perusing the racks and holding several items to try on. No one approached me while I was browsing in the mens area. I mean, I know the economy is bad and I did overhear two employees lament the lack of sales but come on - don't you think you have something to do with it if you're not out there trying to convince me to buy?
I'll chalk this up as an anomaly since this store is usually much better than this. I just hope it can earn back it's reputation with me on my next trip out to Vegas.
