| - When I heard this bar was opening, I decided to go on Saturday at 3 PM thinking it would be less crowded than a Friday afternoon. Wrong, it was still packed; yet, the bartenders were friendly, patient & knowledgeable. Ordered the Roasted Cauliflower Pizza with caper berries, garlic, fontina, aged gouda, parmesan and pickled peperoncini, took about 15 minutes to arrive which was very good considering how busy the restaurant was. The pizza was succulent and cooked to perfection. Also sampled 2 flights of house brews with the Stout being the favorite. There is a huge outdoor deck complete with its own bar, just awesome! Considering the establishment just opened, I would rate the service most excellent indeed. The only drawback is lack of free parking. If you are looking for a favorite hangout this summer on the riverbank, I highly recommend a visit to Collision Bend Brewery...cheers!
