  • I've been badgered and harassed constantly by RC Willey over the last year for charges made by my ex-husband. They continue to call me and be rude when I've explained numerous times I did NOT make the charges. I've asked them to stop calling and have been spoken to rudely every time. They are condescending and make me feel like I'M the bad person. I've asked them to send me the request in writing so I could show my lawyer and today they hung up on me saying "doesn't matter what your lawyer says you are still going to pay" so I said "take me to court and send me the request in writing." I will NEVER shop there again and I tell everyone I can go also steer clear. To boot when I did make purchases they arrived damaged every time. I'm utterly embarrassed for their team and I'm tired of them making me feel like a criminal.
