  • What can I say, except Polefit Carolinas is one of the best things I have tried in my life! I was new to North Carolina and was settling into my job and needed a place to workout. I had never really stuck to anything and came across PoleFit Carolinas on Groupon. I had recently heard about Pole, but did not know much about it. I bought the Groupon and fell in love with studio immediately. The instructors are fabulous and it is a great atmosphere to just let loose and get a great workout at the same time! It is a FULL body workout, and a ton of fun! I have gotten stronger, lost weight and had a ton of fun doing it! Not only that, but the girls are just great! I have made some great friends, and relationships with the instructors and other students! They really helped me feel at home and made my transition to this new place flawless. Pole is a skill that I will continue to do, and am very thankful that I was introduced by it from Polefit Carolinas Judy and Janine! I would highly recommend PoleFit Carolinas to anyone who wants to try something different, get a great workout, and make great relationships along the way!
