  • I called and spoke to Cathy and gave her the details of my job and asked if someone could come and give us an estimate. She said she would look at our house on the internet to give me a quote and would text me if there were any questions. I waited a few days and did not hear back from her so I gave her a call to check if the quote was done. She told me she had totally forgotten about me because they are so busy right now, which I totally understood. She assured me she would get right on to it and get a quote done for me. It's been quite a few days now and still nothing. I understand it's a very busy time for construction in Las Vegas right now, but even a return phone call to say they were too busy to do my estimate would have been much appreciated.
