For such a big hotel in the downtown area, I was expecting better service for guests. I went to the front desk with some questions, I was treated rather coldly by a self-admit "new" staff. She spoke rather rudely to me and made it seem like I was the one causing trouble. But other than her, the other staffers treated me courteously and I hate to base my review just on ONE person's service. Still, she made me uncomfortable and didn't give me a good impression of Cleveland.
Pros: free wifi, good location downtown (though it's dead during the weekend) and within walking distance to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Science Center, edge of Lake Erie, the Public Square, and the Playhouse Square.
