This was my favorite nails shop till this last time I went in.
I had someone new do my "dip" nails. She did them too thin and the acrylic chipped of my thumb within 2 days. I went back to have it first fixed which they did but the repair was a bit "lumpy" looking. I didn't pay for the repair so I shrugged it off thinking, "when I get a fill it'll look better."
But within another 2 days 2 more nails began to chip.
I went in today to see if they could just do a new set. They were busy. I understand they can't drop everything for me and realized I wouldn't have time to wait so I asked (4 times) if instead someone could just file the chipped nails down so I could stop scratching myself with the jagged chipped edges.
In response I was asked if I got my nails done there. I have been going every 2 weeks for 3 months now! And I wasn't expecting a free new set, I was happy to pay for a good set of nails, although that request wouldn't have been unreasonable at this point.
I wasn't even angry until it was obvious that they simply were not listening or didn't understand me and worse the attitude displayed was as if I was putting them out Annoyed I said not to worry that I will find another nail salon, only then did they yell after me "we can file them for you!" No thanks. I didn't turn back.
I was spending on average $100-$150 at this place every month. Not anymore.
Not recommended.
