| - First off let me start by saying the store is impeccably clean and the ladies are quite helpful, but after you place an order (if the purse is not stocked), help goes non-existent from there on out. I ordered a purse for the wife for Christmas (2016). They didn't have it in stock, so we ordered it. They said it would be in the next day, no freight charge, and that they would email me and call me. No call or email the next day, so I gave it another day. No word then either! I call and they tell me to check the tracking number on my email. I do, and it says it has arrived. They cant find it. They tell me to call in 2 more days (!!!!). Huh? Time was running out so Im getting nervous, as I wanted my wife to have it on Christmas morning. 2 more days go by and I call. Still nothing. They cant find it anywhere, so at this point Im freaking out. I call back towards the end of the day, and they say "oh yes, its here, it came in this morning". Odd. So I go back to the store and pick it up. The lack of communication was frustrating enough that I don't think Ill buy another Coach purse from that store. Yikes! Oh, and parking around Kierland, especially during the holidays, is a complete nightmare.
