Omalza Fitness is such a unique gym - the trainers definitely know how to get the ball rolling on your fitness journey. I've been going to the gym for two years and it hasn't become dull in the slightest. The trainers are friendly and willing to slow movements down so you can full grasp the concept of each exercise, while maintaining form and not hurting yourself. They offer classes: such as boxing, bulgarian bag, conditioning, kettlebell, and beginning weightlifting. They also offer personal training in either one on one settings or with a small group of 2-4. All of the regulars are super friendly and it's great to have a fun, but competitive atmosphere.
