Came here to see the Book of Mormon, but weirdly enough, I was just as excited to try out the new Amex Lounge. Not sure what the heck I was thinking, but my expectations were that of an airport lounge, but reality was very sad. The lounge is basically a basement room with sparse chairs and seating arrangements. You do NOT need an Amex card at all, in fact. To order drinks/food, there was an Amex Card Holder line and an "everything" else line which meant sometimes that the Amex line was longer.
Up until Sept. 21st, the lounge would be offering free drinks and snacks - I was thinking like Yelp Elite Party style, but the random bowls of popcorn and gummy bears were the snacks. The free drinks were small plastic cups of Cider and/or beer.
Nothing really bad to say about the actual theater - it is what it is. You don't come here for the theater, but whatever show is playing here.
