  • Different events going on based on time of year. The winter fest/ activities is underway. Included are local vendors selling home made goods, food trucks with tasty treats and hot cocoa. Activities for children that include painting and drawing. Photo ops with tall winter theme characters/ statutes. Smoke pits for warmth and my fave was being able to roast marshmallows with strangers on a cold sunny afternoon. Love how Montreal embraces the cold and makes it fun. When it gets too cold- access to the underground mall is nearby as are pop up shops and restaurants. A must for both locals and visitors alike. And that tree!!!!!!!
