This is a review for their service department.
I took in my Ninja 300 several times for an oil change. However, I had another close friend of mine looking at my motorcycle and pointed out a few things that could've caused major damage to me & my motorcycle.
The first thing he pointed out was when I sent my motorcycle in for chain service was that the chain wasn't cleaned and all they did was put extra lubrication on the chain. In addition, they didn't notify me that the back sprocket was worn down tremendously and caused the bike to skip shifting several times. There were also metal shavings in the front sprocket that locked up the shifter to only second gear.
Another issue he found was the clutch shifter wasn't put on correctly and was barely hanging on by the bolt. Their customer service was great, however the amount of effort they spent taking a look at the motorcycle could've endangered my well and a lot more damage to my motorcycle.
