I am usually somewhat satisfied with Budget. But there is almost always a mistake with my billing. In all fairness, they fix it/reverse charges, etc. when I call, but just the frustration of HAVING to call sucks.
This particular location made me wait for 15 minutes in the cold until my car was ready.
Annoying. Especially because I was headed to a funeral. Just an extra thing to make my day more sad than it already was.
I returned it to CAK airport and that process was pretty simple. It was pouring rain, but they were right out there in the rain, ready for me to return it. That went very quickly and smooth. Kudos to them for that.
Otherwise, meh. It's okay. Just not perfect. Kinks to be worked out almost every time.
