Good luck trying to cancel.
The cancellation process is insane!
I am on day 4 of attempting to cancel. I've spent at least 30 minutes on the phone over two calls on two different days.
On hold as I write this review with a supervisor of the financial (thugs) company that collect their membership fees.
Finally. Supervisor sent me an email and told me verbally I'm cancelled. Sheesh!
I wanted to cancel four days ago. I successfully cancelled today. Way to cumbersome of a cancellation process. Should be ashamed of such unethical business practices.
I cancelled within the first five days of joining. It took just one visit to figure out that I didn't like the gym much but it was easy to figure out how the cancellation process is the "catch."
Just mention the words "cancel my membership" at the gym and you will quickly see signs from the staff, that they all know the process is a joke but there's nothing they can do about it. Ummm. You can not work for such an unethical company or how bout maybe be more up front about it with people when you register them.
Just because you're operating within the law, doesn't mean you're being ethical.
