I recently spent two nights here and didn't really have any issues with my stay. It's located about 15 minutes or so from the airport and it's right off 376 so it's pretty convenient. This is also definitely a newer hotel - I'd bet it was built not much more than 5 years ago or so. The parking lot isn't huge but I didn't have a hard time finding a spot at any point during my stay. Overall, I do like Courtyard by Marriott's - they're pretty consistent and you always seem to have a decent stay.
Check-in was a breeze, my room was ready, etc. They do have a pool and an OK sized gym, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to use either during my stay. It's a 5 story hotel and I was on floor 4. They don't have a bar/restaurant on site but they do have a cafe type of place. Most Courtyard by Marriott's have this same setup.
I had a King bed room that also had a sleeper sofa. I didn't spend a ton of time in the room but everything was clean which is one of my top priorities or requirements with hotels. There was a decent sized desk to do work at, free internet and the internet was pretty fast. The one weird thing with the room is that the was faced to the sofa and not the bed, so I had to pull it out and tilt the TV as it was on a drawer. It worked but it was a bit of a strange setup. The bathroom/shower were actually huge and all was clean so another plus.
The one thing that wasn't that great - I heard a lot of noise from outside - not sure if it was from the interstate or Campbells Run Road but I did wake up a couple of times throughout the night. If you're a real deep sleeper, I can see how this wouldn't be an issue for you. It was definitely a good stay and I'd have no issues coming back. I didn't really get a chance to use much at the hotel but they seem to have a pretty good setup.
