First time at this branch, I recommended make the 20 min drive east to the Gilbert office. They gave me a biopsy for my psoriasis, which I've been diagnosed with for 10 years but said they want to be certain. That's fine I was up for the procedure as that surprised me.
Most aggravating thing is I came in with 4 prescriptions to be filled, I'm told no problem they will send them over to my pharmacy. I get there and only two sent over. I call the office and English and leave a voicemail, never heard back. Call them the next day and get transferred back to triage nurse again (to leave another voicemail) so I hang up and re call front office and tell them I already left s voicemail and haven't been acknowledged. They say they will call me back, which they do! However I am told the doctor is out of office for a week and won't be able to fill other prescriptions until then. That's fine okay but I was told they had a different number for me on file? When I had not only left my number in the voicemail, they also damn well have the right number or I wouldn't have received confirmation appointment texts.
For the cherry on top the office receptionist who took my insurance card, never gave it back and I've had to hunt them down on the phone yet again to see if they did in so have it. I was out on hold twice for a total of 18 minutes. Now when you go in there you will see 2 maybe 3 other customers, so what were they doing for 18 minutes?
