  • Customer service is a joke! They rarely answer their phone and never take the time to make sure the customer is happy! Since we're forced to go to this studio for Senior Portraits for the yearbook, we unfortunately had to work with them. Unless you're forced by your district to come to this terrible excuse for a photography studio, I'd suggest you get your pictures taken elsewhere.
