As Chipotle's go, this one is average at best. There's usually 6-7 employees, but only one or two are ever doing anything as the rest just stand around talking and ignore customers. I've only been here during the dinner hours so my experience is biased, but the employees on the line are often untrained, careless and I am amazed they passed their food handlers test. One girl asked if I wanted cheese or sour cream and I said "neither", so she put cheese on it anyway and then argued with me that it was "better". I explained that I couldn't eat dairy but she insisted. She was unhappy when I asked her to remake it when I said I wouldn't pay for what was made. There's one tall dude that works there that busts his ass and does everything. He's the real hero keeping everything running. I'm likely to drive to a different Chipotle or really anywhere else than go here after my experiences.
