My fiance went here for his bachelor party and as a nice gesture I had purchased two bottles of Vueve Clicquot with a note sent to his table. I had one of the groomsmen purchase two bottles and request the waitress to rewrite the note neatly to present to the bachelor. The waitress, and older Btgritish/english lady, totally dismissed the request of neatly writing the note and and at that gave the note to the WRONG person in the groomsmen party. They went ahead and just started pouring bottles of champagne as if though the groomsmen party ordered it. For a restaurant that is about presentation and quality service, this was a complete fail for Craftsteak. There was no follow through in customer request in making it a great dining experience for a significant occasion. For a reputable steakhouse you would think there would be better customer service or some concern for wanting to please the customer. In the future, I will not be making arrangements with Craftsteak for a special occasion or spending a dime there.
