rev:text	Better times to be had at different haunted houses. Bonnie Springs is awesome during Halloween. Circus circus has cool haunted houses too. I would suggest anywhere but this place honestly. Don't waste your money, time, or Halloween experience on this crud of a place. One of the "actors" called myself and the group I went with "stupid" for not knowing which door to go through in the white room which is flashing between white and black light with all walls being white with absolutely no doors and thick fog to the point you can't see anything. Mind you there are 8+ white walls that all look the same in this room without doors or handles. 1. All of my friends and I have a much higher degree of education than this guy. 2. He works there, and the whole point of that room is to not be able to find a door, like all of the walls are completely white with no handles and fog thick enough to not be able to see your own hands. 3. This dude has some NERVE to call us "Stupid" when he probably barely graduated high school, if that! 4. Manager had absolutely no remorse about the situation. He literally said, "they are supposed to be crazy, its not anything if they call people stupid." Really? That dude is not crazy and it was obviously not part of his "role" to call patrons stupid. There are better haunted houses. Go to circus circus, Bonnie springs. Find other ones in different areas than this one, managed by different owners and managers. The quality of staff and manager is absolute crap and the fact that the manager literally gave 0 effs about his employee calling an entire group of patrons stupid is ridiculous. Definitely will NOT be visiting this place again, nor giving my money to a company built off of crap business principles. Manager clearly had zero education in the manner of which to run a business, nor did he care about the satisfaction of his customers. Better times to be had at different haunted houses.
