  • If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. This place was the most horrible experience I have ever had. It is moldy, cheap looking and disgusting. I even have pictures but because of their no picture policy, I won't post but definitely will share with anyone who is interested. The owners are pathetic and rude, don't even offer a free game if you are disappointed. The games are like everyone says, clues are impossible to figure out as they have nothing to do with puzzles or logic, more about specific things that aren't given to us. The worst part is the lady came in and laughed at our complaint, then proceeded to give us the answer instead of helping. Asian guy at the front doesn't know how to handle business and basically yells telling you are wrong if you give any complaints. Way overpriced, if you are in Toronto, go to the Trapped escape room or the Canadian escape rooms. This is trash and located in a trash plaza as well. Don't waste your money because if your disappointed they'll do nothing for you.
