| - Cool laid back friendly family. They don't hover but are friendly and helpful. I've always bought my Zippos, Accessories and INCENSE! Oh I've bought plugs here before too because it's just down the street from me.
I Recently started rolling my own cigarettes because of price primarily. I Bought a "ZEN Supershooter" which is way overpriced at retailers. Make sure you go in knowing the cost of things elsewhere (e.g, Amazon) but I imagine they have to keep margin high on that kind of thing because they don't sell many and in a smaller smoke shop like this, in-store 'real estate' in the sense of places to display items is minimal.
Yeah so It broke 2 days after I bought it lol. Sent it back exactly as shown by the warranty. After a little, yet somewhat extensive research I tracked down the parent company and a phone # only to find out from the guys in the warehouse to find that they are no longer at that location. So no delivery, but the guy was helpful and handed me over to Brittany in the Returns Department Who, after I threw a tantrum ( Not Really, but I held my ground ) followed by a minor bitch session with her about doing everything I was told to do on the warranty and that it isn't my problem you changed addresses and left the old address on the warranty form. I wanted a replacement. As it had nothing to do with me! I did everything asked of me on the doing everything I was told on the warranty card, sent me a brand new which I received the day after. Decent people overall, just hard to find online and in finding their phone number, along with finding the right people to talk to, as they are only a distribution hub of this machine, along with many other different products. This ones great so far.
Get a plastic tamper be delicate though!! Oh and look for random stuff from around the house for cleaning the machine after every use. As best you can without taking it apart, which is good if you know what you're doing. YouTube has lots of demos about the best way to do that. Even still KEEP YOUR RECEIPT and wait until the 90 day warranty expires before you start taking it apart to get a solid clean.
The parts are not available for sale directly from anyone.. But you'll find that most are identical to many other machines and the rest can be found on the semi-mechanical, cheaper injectors they seem to all have the same or very similar modifiable parts. Make sure you clean it really well after every use and it should live long enough to make the retail sticker price, along with tubes and tobacco look like pocket change compared to how much you save from buying packs of smokes.
I found a great approximation of my favorite cigarette and am happy so far, aside from the hassle of getting a new machine which 'had nothing to with the store owners.'
At all costs avoid the one about a half mile west on Horizon Ridge Parkway N on Stephanie wherein which the one to avoid, will be in.....
This shop (Gibson) is Behind the "Speedee Mart" gas station. They're great. I buy a metric poop ton of incense there as well. Remember if you're interested in saving tons of money on cigarettes, that's the way to go, just keep in mind it's arguably the best or second best machine on the market, but it's still flawed. And like every other electrical tube injector, needs to be cleaned a lot! Also it can be bought for much cheaper, but support your local businesses! This one Especially!!
