I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I went in to exchange something that I received as a gift from my mother from the Boca Raton Mall. The lady at the desk said that she needs the receipt and cannot look it up. Then, I asked her if I could speak to the manager to see if she can look up my mothers account. The manager named Jessica was so rude and right away said no and that she needs the receipt and she cannot look it up because it's in the US and that has a different system. I was only trying to exchange the item, not return it. She said that I can show her the receipt on my phone. I had my mother call the Boca store and it would take a week to get the receipt emailed to me. Then, she called head office and explained the whole situation. Finally, I left as it was taking forever to get hold of someone to get the receipt that instant. My mom told Emily from head office that I would not return to Yorkdale as they were disgustingly rude there and that I would go to Fairview Mall to do the exchange. Emily from head office called the Fairview Mall Sephora to explain to them the whole situation and that I would be coming there to do the exchange. I went to Fairview Mall. The staff in there were soooo sweet, especially Candace who was the manager at the time that I went. In 2 seconds, she looked up all of my moms purchases including the exact item that i was exchanging from the Boca store, which the "manger Jessica" said that was impossible to do (at Yorkdale). I ended up spending another 200.00 dollars, I made a formal complaint to head office. Jessica needs a lesson in assissting customers....even is she was apologetic that she couldn`t help me, but when Candace looked it up right away, I was fuming even more at Jessica in Yorkdale.
