I bought a dining room table and chairs from Walker and the chairs have all broken. I've had it 2.5 years. They have replaced 5 chairs and now their warranty has worn off so I'm trying to put in a claim with gaurdsman. But I can't! Because the customer service department at Walker won't email me a receipt for my purchase. They are nice enough on the phone- but after several phone calls and emails over a 2 week period, I still do not have a receipt. The chairs started falling apart from day one. They wiggle when you sit on them. Every time we sit down to eat at our kitchen table it feels like a 50% chance the chair will break. I bought this dining set on the higher end of the price set too. I will never buy furniture from them again. Looks great in the store- but once you get it home- you are stuck with brand new, yet broken, furniture.
