This dealership is full of incompetent employees. They lack knowledge about their services. I came in today for my oil change which I get for free because I purchased a $300 package that I get oil changes for an additional 2years. Today I was told by Eddie my service has expired and my oil change would be $80!!! WTF he was so rude worst customer service.
I have a 2015 Tacoma an employee Becky told me that I don't need an oil change it's every 10k miles wtf ok.... so I waited and know today Eddie says service is expired and come to find out I was suppose to change my oil every 5k miles!!!! I spoke with manager Oscar he told me that my truck used conventional oil not synthetic. So basically I spoke to three different people all 3 said something different. They never bothered to check the history of my truck. They just gave me bogus info!! I will not return to this business they are liars. Oscar wanted to argue instead of understanding that HIS EMPLOYEES GAVE WRONG INFO. I told oscar I wanted to speak to headquarters because I was getting no where. Finally after all the back and fourth he offered ONE free oil change. PLEASE DONT COME HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!!! I have been a customer of Toyota for over ten years. In those 10 years I have financed 4 vehicles at Toyota keys In van Nuys, ca. Centennial Toyota will not get any of my business!!
