  • I just wanted everyone to know that back in July of 2017 I purchased 5 packages of beef jerky it was mildew I contacted Trader Joe's they had me provide my receipt, pictures, the packaging etc., they indicated that I would get a refund as of today I have not, Customer service is horrible and they scrutinize you I can't just take it back to the store I live in Hawaii.
