I would give these guys 5 stars but that fan and no apparent A/C dropped it a star. It was not that hot that day so they may just not have had it on.
Now to get serious. I have been looking all over for a car wash to replace Lindstroms since the ownership changed. I tried drive through models, I tried hand wash on 16th street (Ok car wash but never get them to detail Anything), I tried other traditional car washes (Danny's) and most were OK but not the real deal for me.
And then I read about World Class car wash. People said the neighborhood was sketchy, the couches were terrible, and other stuff BUT nobody complained about the car wash and that is the real point is it not?
So I took the wife's Lexus and tried it out. Not risking my Tahoe you know.
Ok the neighborhood gets a bad rap. It is not that bad so get over your pre conceived notions and stop in. And the couches? Well they are old but they are clean and if I sat in that couch I would be there until I woke back up. The guy at the counter had been Navy during Korea and he and I had a great time talking ships and Navy stuff.
Yea yea the car wash. Great job and I had it waxed as well. About $30 for wash and wax and they did the best job I have had in a long time. Lindstroms does not seem to be able to wax a care without breaking something (about $100). The one on 16th south of Camelback left wax all over the car ($125) and I had to show them and get them to finish the job. They also use hand held pressure washers that are hard on the paint.
World class had two people on the wax job and they took time and care to get it right.
I am so happy with them I will take the Tahoe in for the same treatment.
