I was just there and saw a sale sign for an Ott-lite. The sign said 13 Watt on sale for 29.99 regular 79.99 - great deal. However, it rang up as 47.99. So I told the clerk the sign said 79.99 and he said, "Well, there are lots of lights back there." I brought him the sign and he reluctantly called the manager. The manager was equally glib and after pressing them to show me which light the sale actually was for, we all went over. We circled the display and finally found what they thought *might* be the correct product on the other side. I said they need to have signs if the right place and the manger snapped, "I didn't put it up." Not only did they not offer me the incorrectly signed product at the sign's price even though the price difference was the same (still a 79.99 lamp for 29.99), I didn't even get an apology for the error and my confusion. If they had at least been nice about it, it would have been one thing, but to be rude is another. Why should I bother shopping here? There are other fabric stores in town and I can get the light on Amazon just as easily and without the attitude.
