  • Did a walk in today for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. I didn't get the name of the technician who did my nails (both toes and gel) but it seemed like she was in a hurry to get done yet it wasn't busy at all at the salon on a Tuesday afternoon. Told her I wanted the water hot and it was lukewarm. She did very little pushing of the cuticles and no massage or hot towel whatsoever. My gel was okay, there are little missed spots on the sides and the water where i am supposed to soak my hands is also cold. No massage and everything was sped up. Maybe she needs to do a little more attention to detail.
