  • HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. everything was great from the get go. i explained the cut I was going for and even the number razor for my dog's shave. As time passed I didn't think anything of it. I was recommended to this groomer as I am in the market to look for somewhere closer to home. BIG MISTAKE. Not only did I have to call in after four hours of waiting, I was told it would be another 30-45 min because the groomer was taking her lunch. Fine, i get it. Everyone gets hungry. AN HOUR later. STILL NO CALL. So i start driving. I get there and ask if my dog's ready. oh yeah, he is! Okay, were you planning on calling me??? At this point I had already paid. Which is fine as almost anywhere, you pay first. When I get home, that's when I see the issues. His face was horribly chopped. Razor lines on his face and down his entire body. Clumps of hair still long. I asked for the ears and tail to be cut clean down to the length of his body. NOPE. and the groomer's excuse, "well I didn't know". Well I told the receptionist, and she should have told you. It almost seems like they cut the dog how they want, not how the owner wants. You know that smell, like, tap water? beach water? chlorine water? HE came home smelling like that. No fresh powder scent. I asked for the nails to be buffed, so he doesn't scratch. Razor sharp claws are what I got. The groomer, did not even apologize about the cut. She blamed my dog. "I did tell you he moved a lot". Which is fine, I believe that. What I don't understand is how over 3 1/2 years of grooming, I have never had a groomer give me that excuse. That's trying to cover your butt instead of providing proper customer service. Yes, they offered to take him back and fix up his hair. I declined. I declined because he had already been there for 5 hours. I don't have time to waste. Patches missing straight to the skin down his back legs. The groomer yells "give her her money back" and walks away. She comes back just to slap down the tip I gave her. The receptionist walks to her cellphone and calls the owner. Instead of having the conversation in front of us and owning up to their mistakes, she walks to the side. Thinking that my mother and I couldn't hear her. "I don't know what the fucking problem is here". We have ears. You get called out and that and you want to attack the customer. "What did I say? what did I say?!". We don't feel the need to repeat what you know you said. It's all about customer service. I would think you would want to keep customers happy. Not "authorized" to give a refund? Call the owner tomorrow? Why? To have the same issue? Would not, and WILL NOT ever step foot in this place again. I highly suggest if you love your pets and expect a well groomed animal, along with great service, go elsewhere. They keep their "well-deserved" profit whether you are content or not with the service. And to top it off, the groomer wants to add extra sass and yell "HAVE A NICE DAY!" from the back. So at the end of the day, requesting my money back resulted in getting insulted, treated poorly and at a loss of $45. How about training in customer service and an attitude check for the employees. AND YES I KNOW YOU WILL BE READING THIS NATHALIE. TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. We did not yell or cause a scene. My mom got upset after the phone call you had with the receptionist on the phone. That's it. I'm not asking for a negative comment back from you. I am actually hoping you don't write back at all. ****UPDATE**** Owner lashes out! Anyone who know means knows I would never yell and be disrespectful. It's not in me. Defend your shitty employees, lie about the refund you were never going to give me. HA! Easy to write on a computer, not easy to follow through with. Just wants people who read reviews to think that's an option! Don't believe it!!!! And please, if you wear glasses put them on again and re-watch that video. Because I calmly asked for a refund and never yelled or disrespected anyone. I can't wait for people to read this. Why would anyone continue business with you??!
