Not much to screw up here. It's a driving range by day and a drive-in movie theatre by night. It's in the city limits. It's attached to the Polson Pier complex [http://www.yelp.ca/biz/polson-pier-entertainment-toronto](formerly The Docks) so that once you're done bashing a bucket of balls into oblivion, you're able to go have a drink and take in the rest of the complex. You can even go to the mini-golf holes to work on your short game.
Buckets of balls are fairly reasonably priced for the bucket of 68 you get spat out from the token machine. It's a 300 yard range with 2 levels of tees available, 58 tees in total. Feel free to bring your own or rent clubs there. When there aren't movies being shown, the driving range is available for night-time driving, giving you the movie screen for a target (and good luck with hitting that).
Oh, and if you're like me and truly suck at golf, you can take lessons there as well. There are instructors that will help you de-slice your slice and stop people from calling you a hooker.
