  • Asian lady who I believe was the manager helped us on Friday. It was Black Friday and the store wasn't busy at all and she charged us the wrong prices on Anywhere Chairs and didn't even apologize. She was super rude to us that we simply had some questions about the pricing. Super rude. I won't even bother going in this store anymore. If I can't get what I need online at Pottery Barn, I'll shop elsewhere.
