| - First off, the doors were 45 minutes late to be opened. So 250 people were stuck waiting outside in 108° heat. Then when the doors did open, it was a shit show going through security. No structure whatsoever. Just a free-for-all on the doors. Once inside, we realized just how terrible this theater is for seated shows. First of all, the seating sections were posted by a white crumpled piece of paper and a letter written on it in marker. With the lights being lower, it was nearly impossible to find your spot. The seats weren't numbered, so figuring out which spot was yours was ridiculous. Then once you did find your spot, the chairs were SO INCREDIBLY SMALL AND FLIMSY. Seriously, are these dollar store chairs? They were pushed so close together that people were literally crammed shoulder to shoulder without ANY excess space. Talk about uncomfortable for 2 hours. Then add in how hot is was, people were sweating on each other. It was seriously miserable.
Oh and parking is a nightmare. $10 for parking? After the fees you already apply to every ticket? Pssh, last time we go to this theater, unless changes are made. Also, drinks are $8 for a small Dixie cup size drink. Drink at home.
