Many months ago I signed my son up for a week long camp to be held here in mid July. I completed all the paperwork to hold his spot. I was told at that time that I would receive notification of payment due in June. I received nothing. I emailed the company at the end of June with no response. I emailed twice more in early July. Finally I called and emailed today, July 7th. I received an email stating the camps had been cancelled and a notification had gone out. I received no notification. Seeing as there was no response to my attempts to contact this company I am suspicious of their statement that they notified the families of the camp cancelation.
Now it is a week away from the camp and my son will have no plans for that week. Not only was he really looking forward to this bike camp and will be greatly disappointed, but I now need to find something else for him to do during that week.
This company clearly does not understood kids or working parents' needs. The upside here would be that I guess I am happy I found out about their lack or organization and poor communication before I entrusted my son to their care.
