| - First of all I called to get a "Quote" if which means absolutely nothing. They give you a price tell you because you are a good customer we will give you 10% off which amounted to $210.00. The "Quote" is suppose to be good for 7 days. Really original "Quote" was $2145.18 tax, redelivery fee everything included. Which I asked specifically and was assured of that. Told rep I would talk to my husband and call back the next day to set up everything if he approved. Hubby said ok and I called the next day. Now mind you, the rep the day before gave me a total inclusive price, he also told me it was all set up and all I had to do was call and confirm. Called the next day to give approval, rep told me had nothing on it, really, this rep went through the entire process again with a new "Quote" that after an HOUR on the phone with her finally arrived at a price of $2121.45. Rep told me since I was a good customer she would take off $100. So I was happy to get a lower cost. Now rep said all is good. I was ready to pay with credit card and she said no just call tomorrow and do that. Ok, called the next AM with card in hand was promised a delivery date of Dec 16. Great before company for Xmas arrives. NOT, when I called I was informed the price was $2435 and some cents, can't remember the cents, so less than 12 hrs after a great "Quote" the cost had risen $300. Delivery date changed to Dec 20, rep never told me nor was I contacted to sign another agreement to get my shipment in process. But I did do that after rep told me it would be $2435 and not $2121.45 told me he would put in Dispute on price, he did that, but no response on that as yet, had to agree because rep said they would hold shipment for Disputed amount if I didn't want to pay it, kinda a no brainer, figured it could be settled after the fact. I have heard nothing. Now here is the kicker, called, my Pod arrived on Dec 16 to Az and I asked if I could get it sooner than Dec 20 because guests were coming on Tuesday Dec 19. They emailed Az Pods, got the answer. For a "rush" delivery I would have to pay another $100.00. REALLY, not one word this company told me was true. Quotes that aren't quotes and mean nothing, hold a POD to your head and will refuse to bring it to your location till you just agree to get your life that is packed in there Steel crate. I really don't expect them to honor anything at this point. Today is Sunday Dec 18, no work on Sunday even if most people need their POD before Xmas. Really company can't afford a day or two of overtime. Worst customer service and lies I have ever dealt with in my life. I am a Senior Citizen too and can't afford these kind of costs. If I had the $100 I would have paid it, but since I don't I will just have to be inconvenienced and have my guests walk around a POD. Very disappointed because I should have gotten pod as promised on the day promised. Everything that went wrong was the company fault. Poor training, lying, and gouging you with price. I will NEVER use PODS again and will make sure I tell everyone I know.
