MADabolic is my most favorite approach to working out. Their focus of interval training mixed with athletic movements will completely transform not only your body but your entire approach to fitness in general. Instead of pounding away on a treadmill or doing a million crunches in an hour, you walk in an have a completely incredible experience that combines weights and cardio in a unique environment that is manageable AND scaleable for a multitude of fitness levels.
As I find myself on the road often for work, when I am away from MAD for a week, it is truly one of the things I miss the most (next to my boyfriend, of course).
