  • I'm giving only 3 stars because I don't appreciate all the up-selling, and I especially don't appreciate the stylist using scare tactics (eg "your hair will break") to up-sell my teenaged daughter on a $60 unnecessary treatment called "olaplaex". The stylists do a great job and mine and my daughters hair look great, however watch for the hard sale tactics and if you're sending your teenager with your card, beware! That's when the vultures (aka Stylists with little moral compass) circle.
