  • Absolutely terrible dealership. We went to this dealership intent on buying a Escalade we had found online. We were lied to numerous times by the salesman JP. He didn't answer any objections then got angry and started saying rude comments to my wife then became angry when we had second thoughts. They said we could look at all the finances before we ran our credit but then had another guy say we needed to run our credit before we could figure out how might he extended warranty was going to cost us. Told us that this Escalade would be mechanically found then pushed us into getting the extended warranty. Terrible experience for us when we should have felt great about buying such a. Ice luxury vehicle. I expect salesman to give us superior service especially when buying such a expensive vehicle and that's something this dealership is sorely lacking. I would highly suggest going somewhere else where a customer can feel like an asset and get objections and concerns addressed not answered with rude comments and impatience. When I spend this type of money on something I expect something much more and this dealership is lacking starting with the salesman JP and working up to management. Went back to the dealership and worked with Robert great salesman great price and love the Cadillac Escalade. Robert answered all my questions and we were happy to work with him and get what we wanted!! This dealership has redeemed itself.
