  • I spoke with Susan regarding a clean up of my mother's hoarder house. When she passed I was finally able to clean up the monstrosity that she had left behind. Due to the circumstances behind losing my Mother I completely forgot about our appointment the first time. Susan was kind enough to call me after arriving to the house and waiting on me for more than 30 minutes. We rescheduled to a better time and I apologized over and over. Susan was more worried about how I was doing than she was with the missed appointment. I knew right then that this was who I would be hiring for the job. The job took three days and Susan was present all three days directing and helping clean up. They filled two 40 foot dumpsters with trash and junk and still took all leftover things that were reusable and in good shape to a donation center. Her pricing was extremely fair given the amount of work that needed to be done. I always refer Trusted Hauling to all of my friends and colleagues. They are above the rest and the very best! Thank you Susan & Trusted Hauling!!!!!
