  • The only reason why I started going to Salon Boutique because my hair dresser went on a sick leave and I needed to find a back up. So I started going to Jennifer Gilliam, at first I went there she was nice, then after wards I've noticed it was hard for her to keep appointments, she's unable to coordinate her schedule and she started coming in late or rescheduling every time I made an appointment. The problem is she goes to work with a hangover/wasted! It seemed like she was constantly rescheduling my appointments like 3 times she did that!! She's unorganized and not professional at all!!! Last time I went there I brought it up to her attention that she kept on rescheduling my appointment, BOY WAS I IN FOR A BIG SURPRISE!!! She started yelling at me and going off, she was so loud everybody at the salon heard her and one of her co-worker told her that it was unnecessary and very unprofessional to yell, I mean she totally went off on me, I think she also might be on drugs, so that day she was tripping and acting like a mad/crazy trashy/ghetto!!! She's got some audacity to yell at me after i referred a co-worker to her!!! I will never ever go back there, and would never recommend her to anybody!!! for one, not only that she's unprofessional, and she lost many of her clients to a co-worker because she's UNRELIABLE and UNORGANIZED!!!
