  • Jeff was a fantastic real estate agent! We hoped to sell our rental property quickly because it was sitting empty. Jeff assessed the home, made clear and simple suggestions to add value, and priced it correctly. He was extremely accessible and responsive to phone calls and emails. Our condo sold in five weeks and we were very happy with the process and final purchase price. Selling the home was much easier than we anticipated. I have also had the pleasure of working with Jeff when he helped my parents purchase their home. He was patient with them, as they debated neighborhoods - and even cities - in the Valley. His viewing times were flexible and he showed them many great houses. They ultimately purchased a home with Jeff's assistance and they are extremely happy as well with the end result. The home is perfect for their retirement and Jeff was very helpful in negotiating the final price.
