| - The service is borderline non-existent, but Rol San serves mighty fine dim sum in the middle of the afternoon. I approve.
Get the BBQ Pork Buns. The doughy bun and the filling were so good and sopped up some of the booze in my belly from earlier. We also had the Pork Dumpling, which was good but not memorable.
The Beef Short Ribs in pepper sauce were very good. Compared to the other dishes we ordered, the portion was quite large.
I don't remember what we spent, but for the amount of food we got, it was very inexpensive.
When it comes to traditional Chinese restaurants, aloof service seems to be the norm, so I accept it for what it is. Just know and accept that you will have to ask to order, ask for your check, ask for water (and refills), and ask to pay for your check. Considering how often you have to flag someone down, they sure like to avoid eye contact.
