Bought a new laptop and an additional software several months ago. Geek Squad did the setup and installation of software which took them 5 days!! I used the software up until a few days ago when the software stopped working. I took my laptop into Best Buy (made a couple of trips) because I had been dumb enough to sign up for 2-yr Tech Support. When they "couldn't" fix it, I was told the only thing they could do was for me to buy new software and have them install it again. Besides this they were very condescending. I left there and took my laptop to an IT expert who solved the problem in 2 seconds. Incompetent or just horrible Geek Squad service!!!!! The IT expert didn't charge me and I saved $140 for not having to buy software that I didn't need!!
