  • I am a student at UNLV and have been going to Mathnasium for a little over two months now. Lori and Alex are absolutely amazing and have worked around my schedule so that I could fit in my tutoring into my busy scheduled. They always showed support and interest in how I was progressing. Alexis was my tutor for the two months and cannot explain how much she helped me in these past two months. She broke everything down for me and would use visuals since I am a visual learner. If I did not understand something she would find a different way to explain or show how to approach the problems. Alexis didn't just teach me how to do math problems, she showed me how to view them in everyday form. She helped me see and understand how to look at math problems and break them down the most easiest way possible. I needed a score of 150 I passed my major exam with a 182.
