  • I had my rooftop HVAC unit replaced by ACLV after a now former friend attempted to repair my old unit, but set it on fire instead. That was about five years ago. At that time, I got estimates from three different companies, mainly because I needed a professional diagnosis of the damage this former friend caused. ACLV had the least expensive price. A competitor even told me the ACLV price was great. They came while I was at work & had my new unit going by the time I got home. That brings us to today. My heater was not turning on. I called last Monday to make an appointment for today (Saturday), in between 9am & 11am; however, the very sweet receptionist was trying to schedule me right away. The technician arrived around 930am, diagnosed what he thought was the problem from inside my house, climbed up on the roof & repaired what he confirmed to be the problem. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He had wrapped everything up by 10am, charged me $49 (which is also the service call fee) & now I'm getting a little toasty in my bedroom. I only wish I had gotten names. I'm very impressed with the company & would definitely recommend.
