The worst lashes I've ever had!!! Won't tell you her name because I don't feel like it's all her fault. It's more your fault for throwing her on the floor too soon and/or changing the glue you use. Re train your apprentices and go back to the old glue. It's the 2nd day and they have all fallen off, none of them were attached to natural lashes. Called in yesterday, after holding forever, told I could come in today at 9:30am "damage control time" for a whole 30min before they open to fix what you guys screwed up (obviously nobody's time is as valuable as yours). Then suddenly the girl tells me she has to call me back. When I asked why, she hung up!!! Of course she never returned my call!!! I called back about 8:30pm and got your ridiculous hold music and nobody ever answered. So I'm not about to drive across town wasting even more time to find out I wasn't confirmed for damage control appt. -you'd think someone would've followed up with me this morning. Nope!! Not only are your techs severely lacking training, your customer service is horrible!! No apology, no call back, no fix, nothing! Really bad business practice. Never again.
