  • We have been in Charlotte just over 2 years and love to try new restaurants every time we go out but we love CYD and go frequently enough that we have become recognized regulars by Keith, the best server ever! Between the food and Keith's fun serving style, it's easily our favorite spot in the area! Whenever we have visitors, CYD is always on the list of things to show them, and have yet to have anyone not love it! The shrimp and grits, jambalaya and mac and cheese are amazing! The owner always makes the rounds checking on each table which is a nice personal touch. The decor is fun Mardi Gras style. It's not a fancy spot but if you're looking for good food, fun servers and fun atmosphere, you absolutely can't go wrong here!
